Green shipping: a must have. But shipping costs not covered.

Shipping lost my package a few hours from my home. After 30 days, requesting late fee and then lost fee was easy.
It is a shame the shipping fees are not included in the refund.
But still worth it for the price compared to the item cost.

Grandson Loves this

Bought this to see how it worked. Liked it but the buttons are a little small for me. I was thinking about buying a smaller one for my Grandson so I gave it to him and he fell in love with it immediately. I'm thinking about buying one with a little bigger screen and hopefully bigger controls. We'll see.

Great Product but Tricky

I think this device is great but as someone who is just starting to use emulations devices, it is pretty tricky to figure it out. If you have experience then I’m sure it is great but I came in with zero experience and am having some trouble. The device itself is terrific!
