This thing is pretty much as advertised. It came with a bunch of ROMs pre-loaded which was a nice surprise. Some of them were actually very popular games such as Golden Sun and Advance Wars.

We were able to add a Pokemon Unbound ROM to the SD card using a laptop (no wifi or bluetooth on this device) and it works great. Basically a drag and drop procedure.

The battery life is good, though the indicator goes from being full for a very long time to a sudden precipitous drop, so just be aware that you might not have as much time left as the indicator... indicates.

Awesome screen, gameboy games with a backlight is all my childhood self ever wanted, and here it is!

Both my kids have been playing this thing like crazy, no internet, no ads, just games. I'm very happy with it. Awesome price too.

Love it! Everything up to PS1 works great. Intentionally bought the version without knobs to be able to play old retro titles and except for some hickups with the SD card its been great.

Decent choice of retro filter as well, for PS1 games ive opted to use the fake HDR one.

Bought this device as a gift and was surprised by how powerful it was. Was expecting it only to work good up to GBA but it was able to play most Dreamcast, PS1 games flawlessly and even a bunch of PSP games. I ordered another one for myself now.

Whenever it came in and I looked at it i was pretty amazed especially with the feel, the amount of games and sound quality. But the screen protecter didnt fit when i tried it but could be my bad. 4.7/5 (also dont be scared if it doesnt turn on right away, it needs to charge for a couple of hours but the battery life is really good)
