No package but hoping to get one

I was wondering if I don't get a refund for my missing package if you guys would just send me one to my address. The last one was sent somewhere else. I have ordered from you guys 2 times prior and never an issue. I would love to continue to order from you guys. And not feel like I'm missing out on 200 dollars. Thank you guys so much.

It came with pretty much all the games I wanted. There were a few essentials I wanted that were easy to add. The console is very light and durable
