NEW ANBERNIC RG Cube

I can’t put it down. It is by far the most comfortable handheld that doesn’t require a grip that’s 3D printed from a merchant on Etsy… I was able to set the filters for GB, GBC, and GBA through retroarch, but it does take a little bit of tinkering. I opted not to get an SD card, as I have Android handhelds from Anbernic that worked perfectly. Though be it, the native game launcher fails to read the roms on it every time, thus making it useless. I love to tinker with this devices and I have dialed in a lot of the know-how but if you get yours with no games on an SD card, this device is not user friendly. There are a lot of apps and it can get confusing. Also, be aware that my device came set with the language as Chinese. I had to use the camera feature in Google Translate to figure out how to set it to English. Wasn’t horrible, but a chore to say the least…. Despite all that, I have been tinkering with these and know how to circumvent and navigate a lot of these apps, and the performance of this device is completely UNREAL!! There has been 0 issues with every game I’ve thrown at it up to GameCube and PS2. That won’t be the case for some games, but the ones I played as a kid all work, and I have really enjoyed the hand feel, quality, durability, fun factor with the LED’s (I recommend setting it to “chasing” for an immersive experience). Anbernic! You hit it Out Of The Park. Please enhance your game launcher, I would love for it to sync my games.

I've had anbernic products before (rg350) and was very impressed with it. I thought I'd upgrade to something with a bit more power for DC/psp etc. I got this model and it didn't disappoint, it feels solid and the screen is just perfect for me. The thumbsticks feel great and aren't too loose, the sound is nice and not tinny. It plays some of the dc and psp better than expected and I was very happy with it overall.

I’m enjoying the system. It feels really good and looks even better. The rom set up is a little wonky and co figuring controls take some work but almost all of them work great.

Best handheld for the price even here in Canada 🇨🇦
