ANBERNIC RG505

I absolutely love this game console. It's basically like a phone and a game console in one. It works really well, too. I just wish I had gotten the one with the preinstalled games. I accidentally purchased the one without, but it's okay. I ordered a chip with games and it is coming soon. I can download games from Google Play until then. I also wish I got here a week later cause sick deals but it is definitely worth the price! It runs very smooth, high quality screen and graphics, keys work, everything is great.

The RG505 as a very good system, in that it can easily play systems up to Dreamcast, and even play some GameCube and Playstation 2. It is also the perfect format for PSP.
Mine is running GammaOS, which is, I think, the perfect accompaniment to the system.
The battery life is very good.
I will say that the color options aren't great. I like the grey, but the yellow and blue look rather... gauche. A black and a white option would have been better, in my opinion.
I do have to say that I bought this during a sale (the Easter Sale for me), and being completely frank that is the best time to buy any Anbernic product (I hope Anbernic doesn't mind me saying that).
If you are in the market for a device that can do most things on a reasonable budget, the RG505 (with GammOS) is a good choice.

It’s exactly what I ordered A lot a lot of pre-downloaded games it was just turning it on and then starting to play. I really enjoyed that not a lot of hassle little bit of tinkering, though to get the cheats loaded on there but again all of that’s within the system as long as you connect to Wi-Fi it’s very easy and there’s some tutorials and guides on YouTube to help you out with that, overall highly recommend it ended up buying the win six because of it.

I have had RG 505 for over a month now. after flashing gamma os this device is just fantastic.
Retro emulation works flawlessly upto PSP ( and i am able to play 80 percent of ps2 games i owned in childhood which is a plus overall 50 percent of entire ps2 library is playable).
Remote play with steam link and chiaki works like a charm.

I have my RG505 now for about a month and enjoy it to great lengths. I use it to play my NDS roms mainly, but as it is Android based, I could configure it to my taste with the emulators I want. DraStic, RetroArch, Citra, Dolphin, many more. Not all perform as good as others, but up until ps1, GC, DS do magnificent.. Above that is hit and miss. Search for Retro Game Corp, he has a great guide!

I love my RG505. Only wished it had a good name. No I have to describe it for my family when I talk about it, because nobody can remember the name. Maybe I'll name it Goofy.

I LOVE this console. It plays everything from the oldest games right through the PS2, GameCube, Dreamcast, DS and Wii!

It feels awesome to play on, has a load of options and can easily be updated.

I ordered the one of with the biggest memory and I’ve put every game from my childhood on it and there’s still room to spare!

All buttons feel good, it’s well designed and I have NO negatives.

The consolle ANBERNIC RG 505 it's really wonderful, it does its job well, the screen is gorgeous, bright and bright, the keys are soft and sensitive, the back keys a little less but avoid pressing them accidentally, The body of the RG 505 is robust and the audio speakers placed underneath feel really good and others of volume, THE BATTERY WITH VARIOUS GAMES: SEGA, NES, SUPER NES, LASTS MORE THAN 10 HOURS With play station and dad, Dreamcast lasts more than 7 hours, I am 100% satisfied, I am thrilled with the ANBERNIC RG 505 console, the shipment to Italy arrived earlier than expected, the package was in perfect condition and packed with great care CONGRATULATIONS TO ANBERNIC!!!

Amazing console, the controls feels nice and the save files for the game are rlly useful. I would recommend this to friends.

A good and beautiful console. With a little tinkering, you can get PS2, Vita, and 3DS games to work. I immediately changed the operating system to Gamma OS Lite. The pixel art looks really beautiful

It took a little tinkering but the RG505 is great. Played Shenmue on it for quite a while with no heat issues and barely any battery drain. Feels solid and comfortable, all the buttons are great and the joysticks are nice. It being on Android 12 is a huge plus as well. Love this little thing!

I have had my RG505 a few weeks now and it's great. Long battery life. Large clear display. Feels good in hand. Joystick placement was something to get used to. I prefer the RG405 for some games because of that but that my just be my hands because other people didn't seem to mind... The only down side I can find is they forgot to send me a screen protector with it which is something you will want with the large display.

I love the design, it's really fun to play and feels great. The graphics are fab for the games I've tried so far, but for some reason the built in emulator / player would not read any SNES or Genesis games, so had to have a friend help to install another emulator to play them. I tried watching all the youtube tutorials I could but the side button opened emulator just wouldn't read them. Even dragging them into the SNES folder, they were immediately deleted. Beyond that, it's a great system.

After a few days with the RG505, I find it utterly delightful. Excellent for most emulation use-cases and a delight when it comes to game streaming (especially thanks to the intergrated button-mapping)

I can almost ever game on that console just have fun enjoy it

As a former PSP gamer I really appreciate this console which allows me to play my favourite games in double resolution + all the enhancements by the emulators. Since it's an Android device with Google play, you can also download and play your Android games. Many of them have a controller support and they just work without the need to set up anything.
One downside is that the console is known to have some software issues, including overly sharpened picture. Everything is resolved of you put GammaOS for RG505.
Another potential downside for some people could be the large size of the console which might make it not so comfortable for people with small hands.

Runs like a dream. I ordered the yellow colored console and it looks amazing. The battery life is great and lasts all day.

I love this handheld. This was exactly what I was looking for. Was able to play all the games I wanted to. Definitely worth it!

I got this product within 3 days after purchase (US ofc) You don’t need a laptop or computer to download games onto the SD chip, just simply go into Google Chrome and type in whatever game you’re looking for.All console emulators run great but if you really like Wii and GameCube games then this is the perfect device for you.

Came stupid fast. Pleasantly lightweight. I like that it’s connected to the play store.
