NEW ANBERNIC RG35XX 2024

First of all , the shipment was very fast i mean it took 1 week to come fron china to saudi arabia. The anbernic rg35xx is amazing and very good quality i recommend you to get
it if you cannot afford an expensive handheld . " RG35XX IS THE BEST RETRO HANDHELD I GOT " and it also comes with a very good quality bag that i definitly recommend. they also have good colours my favorite was the transparent white

Shipped pretty quickly. Have had it a little over a week now, everything has been working good. Already have over 50 games I have played at least once. The only thing I really wish is that it came with more screen protectors, it only came with 1 and I got something on the back of it so I gotta deal with a dorty screen protector. Other than that, very good console. Will update if anything happens to the console.

time of shipping was good. received the product faster than expected. the product came with a small noticable crack on the shell (between select and start button) but doesnt affect functionality.
default OS is unusable. went online to get GARLICos and that made the handheld WAY WAY BETTER....
overall the product is very good, but need to get custom os to be operable.

I got it for a xmas present and it arrived super early, everything runs smoothly and it's better that expected. If you like old school games and want a little console that you can bring anywhere, this is the one. It came with a 50% battery charge and we used it until it was empty so great start. We can't wait until it's recharged again!

Bought this for an exchange gift as the person who I had to give it to loves retro games and does a lot of waiting. So perfect for him as he can take this anywhere and has long playing time.

5 days after I received the package, I got an email from Anbernic that they have launched RG35XX Plus. That was disappointing.

I like the fact that it can play all the games upto PS1.

gave so many questions and requests to their customer service and they were able to accomplish everything I requested and gave me the exact information I was looking for. Customer service 10/10.

Now regarding the rg35xx the only time I put it down is when I habe to charge it. I replaced the SD cards with some more reputable brands just because of rumors in stability of the cards they are shipped with. Altogether very satisfied.

I compared this to the Miyoo Mini + on my YouTube channel @Sadtiric, and this little device handily defeats it in almost every way! I haven't felt nostalgic with a handheld emulator EVER before. The user experience is pretty straightforward too! I do wish it shipped with Garlic OS as the default, but hey, it's there. Definitely recommend!

I am very happy with the unit itself. I've been using it daily on my commute purely for LSDj. The price is low enough that I am not overly worried about losing the device or having it stolen during my commute. I have heard of issues with the DPad but I have not encountered any issues after a month of daily use. Though I ended up flashing my own SD card to meet my needs, I was pleasantly surprised to find that GarlicOS was installed stock and could be swapped to easily with a menu option.

My only gripe is with the protective case that it comes with. Firstly within the first week of using it I got a large ding on the corner of the device while it was inside the protective case. Don't expect the case to fully protect the device, especially if you're riding public transit. Secondly the zipper broke after 3 weeks and at various times the zipper would become separated often. I consider the protective case issues to be minor.

I would recommend this to anyone who is even remotely interested. The value for the price is quite good.

I'm super happy about this model! Nothing much to add. There is a bit of tinkering to do to get the best out of it but once done it's fantastic. Great form factor, cool panel, and buttons.
Maaybe the only thing that could be improved are the L R buttons behind. Position is fine but I feel quality can be improved. 5 stars with the hope to see this improvement in the future! Extra SD personally not reccomended but that's an extra. The bag is also very nice! Thanks for the great job =)

If you are one of those guys who love simple and straightforward things. Do not ask anything and buy straight away. I have own a device from another company and also a steam deck and this is my favorite as it is so portable and runs smooth.

I just bought the cheaper one, just to test things out. But woooww, in blown away. Playin Pokemon games allday, runs really smooth. Battery capacity is like 5 hours and thats more then enough! This device really deserves 5stars for the price/performance balance.

In the future I will definitly upgrade to another device!

Anbernic is great for retro games, online some ps1 games are not usable, beacuse they are getting stuck, dorazím example Harry Potter 1 a and 2. Unfortunately my display is defected, I will try to asi for replacement.

This Handheld is your best friend, if you want to play anything up to the Playstation 1.
I bought this one as a gift for my nephew and he is also very happy with it!
Especially for children a good choice because of the size.

Starting from the packaging, this is a really premium product for its price. The build quality is great and the plastic doesn't feel cheap.
The screen is phenomenal and the buttons are great, a perfect balance between clicky and mushy. Unofrtunately, there is a diagonal drift on the d-pad. You could be holding right and the device would register a down input as well. But it's not unplayable and only happens if you press on the edge of the d-pad's direction. Hope they fix it in future versions.
The battery is fine, I just wish the sound was stereo.
Ergonomically, it's fine for small-medium hands. Someone with longer fingers could potentially have problems but that is just the nature of horizontal portable devices. Using it for many hours could get a little uncomfortable but I don't see a way to improve that. The design is top notch.
The trigger buttons on the back are not in the way while holding it.

Emulation is perfect with no slowdowns on 8/16-bit systems. It even runs SFIII:Third Strike smoothly which was incredible to see.
The reset button really comes in handy when tinkering with the system and the device's startup is super fast.
GarlicOS really makes a difference so make sure to install the latest version (you have many tutorials online). You can customize the heck out of menus on GarlicOS if you put some time into it.

All in all, this one gets a 4/5 stars from me. Would be a 5/5 without the d-pad diagonal drift and with stereo speakers.
It's a great little device and really cheap for what it offers.

Took a little bit to set up with a bigger Micro SD (I recommend cloning the original Micro SD), and then with settings for each of the Cores, but it does everything I wanted.
Incredibly well priced for an amazing handheld, and shipping only took 10 days from China to New Zealand.

I bought this as a birthday gift for a friend. I already had a gray one myself, which I like, but this transparent case looks even better in my opinion. I did a little bandaid mod for the loose shoulder buttons, and also taped the D-pad to be sure, even though the issue seemed to be less prominent than on my model. It was a little over €90 with delivery and taxes, so not that cheap anymore. Also replaced memory card with SanDisk Ultra 128GB (€13) and installed GarlicOS. The case is also a very nice addition and well worth the price.

That’s the best device ever and it’s comfortable to play and it delivered fast. So recommended to buy it
