1.About order processing time: 1-3 business days

  • Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Anbernic ships all items within three days of receiving an order.

    *Delivery will be delayed by 5-7 business days in case of very large orders for new products launch or legal holidays.


2.Shipping way and Shipping time

 

Remark:
-Our products can be shipped from China to most countries in the world, but products shipped from overseas warehouses such as the United States, Australia, Spain, and the United Kingdom can only be shipped to the specific countries listed in the table. If you choose a product shipped from an overseas warehouse, but you cannot select the shipping method on the checkout page and there is a prompt indicating that the delivery destination address is wrong, it means that the overseas warehouse product you selected cannot be shipped to your country and city. Please try select an item sent from China to place a new order.

-The shipping way of other destination countries outside the form may also be express delivery such as FedEx. For details, please refer to the checkout page or consult our customer service.

*The tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as orders send out. You can check shipping status in the couriers' system within 12 hours.

3.About Taxes And Shipping Costs:

The price of the product does not include customs tax. If your order needs to be shipped to Europe, you will need to pay the customs tax. The customs tax will be borne by the customer. The specific tax amount will be displayed on the payment page.Customers do not need to pay any other taxes other than customs tax.

All shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the actual weight (kilograms) of the goods /or the goods actual physical dimensions and recipients location.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

  1. Select Proceed to Checkout
  2. Select or add your shipping address
  3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue
  4. Select a payment method and select Continue

The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary.

All orders must be paid for in full and in advance, including shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in rare cases of incorrect delivery.

If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen or damaged before receipt, we will work with the courier to obtain information and arrange a refund or replacement at no further expense to you.

4.About changing the delivery address:

  • For orders that have already been shipped, in principle,Anbernic is not allowed to change shipping addresses.

5.About canceling an order

-Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, follow these steps:

  • Send an email to contact@anbernic.com
  • Put the cancellation request in the subject
  • Please include your order number

    Awesome little device especially for starting out

    just as the title said. this is my first handheld emulator system. it plays retro games perfectly but struggles slightly with the more later stuff (playstation, dreamcast, psp, n64) but overall i have no major complaints. adding games is ridiculously easy and i've already added several. there's quite a few hidden gems included in this so that alone made this worth it. the console itself feels good, buttons and joystick feel great. highly recommend for anyone who's been thinking about getting one and never pulled the trigger on it. will not let you down.

    Polished, but still a little flawed.

    It sits comfortably in your hands, the materials seem to be good quality, all the buttons feel pretty good, and it's loaded with a lot of games - Some I never got to play as a kid, but wanted to. You'll have to search around for how to control some basic features, and the menus are a little clunky, but it's a solid buy.

    exactly what I was looking for

    Thanks to research I did online I found that the 351v was the best form factor and the one best suited to my visual preferences. It handles almost all the games I want it to with very minor exceptions, but those issues were to be expected. If you see looking for a good handheld for playing psx in down with some psp and n64 you will be hard pressed to find a more affordable and better looking option.

    Slick little device.

    I wanted the 351v because it looked like a GameBoy to play GameBoy/Color/Advance games on. I was not disappointed. It only struggles when I tried to push the limits with Saturn and Dreamcast, PlayStation ran surprisingly smooth compared to my last micro handheld. It's an Anbernic, and with these you always get a quality build and premium button feel.

    Excellent device for tinkerers.

    I bought this primarily to play Pico-8 games, which work flawlessly btw, and tinkering with installing custom firmwares and ports of pc games turned out to be a lot of fun.
