1.About normal delivery time: 1-3 business days

  • Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Anbernic ships all items within three days of receiving an order.

    *Delivery will be delayed by 2-3 business days in case of very large orders for new products launch or legal holidays.


2.Shipping way and Shipping time

 

Remark:
-Our products can be shipped from China to most countries in the world, but products shipped from overseas warehouses such as the United States, Australia, Spain, and the United Kingdom can only be shipped to the specific countries listed in the table. If you choose a product shipped from an overseas warehouse, but you cannot select the shipping method on the checkout page and there is a prompt indicating that the delivery destination address is wrong, it means that the overseas warehouse product you selected cannot be shipped to your country and city. Please try select an item sent from China to place a new order.

-The shipping way of other destination countries outside the form may also be express delivery such as FedEx. For details, please refer to the checkout page or consult our customer service.

*The tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as orders send out. You can check shipping status in the couriers' system within 12 hours.
*If you need help on tracking your delivery, or concern about a delivery time, we'll be on hand to answer your questions. Just email us to get the answer.


3.About Taxes And Shipping Costs:

The price of the product does not include customs tax. If your order needs to be shipped to Europe, you will need to pay the customs tax. The customs tax will be borne by the customer. The specific tax amount will be displayed on the payment page.Customers do not need to pay any other taxes other than customs tax.

All shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the actual weight (kilograms) of the goods /or the goods actual physical dimensions and recipients location.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

  1. Select Proceed to Checkout
  2. Select or add your shipping address
  3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue
  4. Select a payment method and select Continue

The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary.

All orders must be paid for in full and in advance, including shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in rare cases of incorrect delivery.

If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen or damaged before receipt, we will work with the courier to obtain information and arrange a refund or replacement at no further expense to you.

4.About changing the delivery address:

  • For orders that have already been shipped, in principle,Anbernic is not allowed to change shipping addresses.
  • For orders that have not yet been shipped, please contact Anbernic official customer service in time, email address: contact@anbernic.com


5.About canceling an order

-Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, follow these steps:

  • Send an email to contact@anbernic.com
  • Put the cancellation request in the subject
  • Please include your order number

-If your order has already shipped, please refer to the Return Policy.

    Todo bien. Excepto.....

    La consola? De calidad y genial, el software? Bien tambien.
    El problema es que el único objetivo para comprarla era regalarsela a mi hijo para iniciarlo en el mundo de Mario. Y la memoria de juegos no trae ningún Mario. Claro meterle esos juegos es relativamente sencillo. Pero para eso me compro un psvita y le instalo todo yo mismo. Compré esta opción por comodidad y usar apenas llegar y no resultó así. Fuera de eso es un gran dispositivo, tomen más control acerca de su catalogo de juegos y realmente meter lo mejor de lo mejor

    Great device

    I bought this to play old games using retroachievements and it works great. The only issue is the wifi USB stick has become a little loose. Maybe it’s better to have wifi built into the device to prevent that from happening.
    Otherwise it plays all my old favourite games.

    It's great to use and is definitely a premium product, plays what it says it does and the controls are good, shoulder buttons are a little odd to use but other than that I love it

    Great build quality. Premium feel. All buttons and dpad are responsive and just feel right. Blue color is striking. The screen is amazing with great resolution for classic systems. a few minor criticisms: no internal wifi, volume buttons instead of wheel, and a bit heavy vs plastic models. I knew this before purchasing so it was expected. Do yourself a favor and throw out the SD cards that came with the product and get some Samsung cards.
    One thing that annoys me is the MicroSD cards aren't flush against the device but stick out a few millimeters. This hasn't gotten in the way of my hands when holding the device though.
    Another bonus is the device is pocketful with good battery life. About 5 to 6 hours

    The default firmware gets the job done but it is just barely passable. Look up a guide online to install custom firmware. I'm using Amberelec and the process was quick and easy. This system plays all systems up to ps1 flawlessly in my experience. It plays some n64 dreamcast and psp games but don't buy this primarily for those systems.
    One other note. Gba has an aspect ratio of 3:2. This system is 4:3. Use sharp2x and lcd3x to somewhat remedy this.

    To summarize get this of you like ps1 and below for a premium feel and an exceptional, pocketable, retro experience. This will be the only handheld I will use until GameCube and ps2 can be emulated at a more affordable price.

    Be wary!!!

    I received a defective product. Broken right out of the box. Device turned on and wouldn’t boot. Contacted customer service and they were no help. Could’ve been a language barrier issue but regardless the only help I got was “did you reset the system”. This is totally fine except it took over a week and multiple emails to finally get them to understand my issue and that I wanted to return the item. I shouldn’t have to send over 10 emails with video evidence explainng that the product doesn’t work as advertised. Don’t know if im going to get my refund because of how exhausting it’s been explaining that I just want to return their defective product. Bad customer service and bad communication on their part. Shipping a broken product is understandable. Not helping a paying customer when you literally have a return policy is not ok. I hope no one runs into the same issue I did. If you do, good luck. Otherwise I’ve heard this is a good product with cheap hardware. A lot of issues with the SD cards so take that with a grain of salt. I guess I just got unlucky though.
