Worth it

I bought the rg280v for my nephew and this rg353xx for myself. Enjoying this as it's pretty pocketable and can reminisce my childhood games.

Gray Ghost
I'm happy with it.

Wish I woulda known about the 353 model, however, this ones a good covo starter and everyone I've let play with it has been impressed by it.

Great handheld emulator

I haven't been able to spend extensive time with this device yet, but what I've seen so far is impressive. Great quality screen, buttons feel good (I'm even fine with the D-pad so far), the size is nice, and the emulation is fast and pretty accurate from what I've seen (no noticeable lag so far). A ton of games came pre-installed. I have yet to try the HDMI output or Bluetooth joystick connectivity. The stock OS is pretty decent too, and you can swap that out if you'd like. Just make sure not to leave it in sleep mode for too long as I found the battery was dead the next day after not doing a full shut down.

10 out of 10 would buy again

Thinking of getting another for my wife

Great, inexpensive entry level emulation handheld!

I'm relatively new to playing emulated games, but the rather outrageous prices on retro games these days has led me to experiment with a few options. A friend of mine has experience with a few Anbernic products and this model was getting solid reviews online, so I took as chance and placed an order. I'm pleased with my new purchase, to say the least! I love that the device comes with a charge and ready to roll out of the box with nice extras included. The games selection is quite nice, as in you get a ton of favorites as well as plenty of niche titles as well. The screen is lovely and you can (and should) connect to an HDMI television if the clear but small screen is an issue. There are a handful of display options, but I tend to stick with one or two and don't fiddle much, You can even opt to expand the game library with other programs, but I'm not planning to (yet). While I wish more of the games were fully translated, I can deal with that because there are so many titles here. Overall, between the fast shipping, excellent packing job and the quality of the unit, I'm almost too happy- now to find out what this thing can really do!
