I got the rg34xx indigo model and i’m using rocknix. The only changes i would make are the volume wheel actually being a wheel, the power button actually being a switch, the sides being made with a grippy material, and losing the L2 and R2 on the back. But these are just picky critics.
I love this device and would definitely buy any diy parts for it(please make some Anbernic) to make it more personalized. The size gets uncomfortable after a little while, but at that point i just adjust how i hold it, and i’m good for another 30 minutes
I live it! I have RG556 but it is to big for everyday carry, but RG34xx is great! A good ergonomy of GBA… great performance… I love it!
I took a chance on this unit, first time using an anbernic item. It looks and feels like the original GBA. I absolutely love it! Highly recommend for fans of the original gba. The form factor is much better then the GBA SP in my opinion. I've already beaten a few games on this beautiful unit after only having it for 2 weeks. It's so comfortable and portable so I can play games on the fly anytime anywhere

I allways loved the look and feel of the GBA but dont wanted to play with this terrible screen and dont wanted to screen-mod.
I love what the RG 34XX is capable of and like too play with it hour long.
Truly my first and favorite retro handheld. Sure I could use my CFW 3ds for everything but this is equally great.
