This is the second one of these that I bought after the first one met a tragic child-related incident. I love it but this second one came with the wrong firmware on it. The chip they sent in it is meant for the RG 35XX+ and because of that, I can't use the thumbsticks. I reached out to customer service days ago (as I am not patient enough to learn how to re-flash the correct firmware) but I haven't heard back.
This product works perfectly, very easy to use and the process for downloading new games is seamless and unproblematic, couldn’t recommend more
