1.About delivery time: 1-3 business days
- Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Anbernic ships all items within three days of receiving an order.
*Delivery will be delayed by 2-3 business days in case of very large orders for new products launch or legal holidays.
2.Shipping way and Shipping time
*The tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as orders send out. You can check shipping status in the couriers' system within 12 hours.
*If you need help on tracking your delivery, or concern about a delivery time, we'll be on hand to answer your questions. Just email us to get the answer.
3.About Taxes And Shipping Costs:
The price of the product does not include customs tax. If your order needs to be shipped to Europe, you will need to pay the customs tax. The customs tax will be borne by the customer. The specific tax amount will be displayed on the payment page.Customers do not need to pay any other taxes other than customs tax.
All shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the actual weight (kilograms) of the goods /or the goods actual physical dimensions and recipients location.
To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:
- Select Proceed to Checkout
- Select or add your shipping address
- Select a shipping speed and select Continue
- Select a payment method and select Continue
The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary.
All orders must be paid for in full and in advance, including shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in rare cases of incorrect delivery.
If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen or damaged before receipt, we will work with the courier to obtain information and arrange a refund or replacement at no further expense to you.
4.About changing the delivery address:
- For orders that have already been shipped, in principle,Anbernic is not allowed to change shipping addresses.
- For orders that have not yet been shipped, please contact Anbernic official customer service in time, email address: contact@anbernic.com
5.About canceling an order
-Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, follow these steps:
- Send an email to contact@anbernic.com
- Put the cancellation request in the subject
- Please include your order number
-If your order has already shipped, please refer to the Return Policy.

Much cheaper than the alternatives on Amazon and the like. Delivered in under a week. Kinda wish I'd bought my RG351-MP from them too, instead of waiting 4 weeks for BangGood to delivery it! :)
The case is nice and the RG351MP fits perfectly. However, it could be a little bit wider because the RG351MP is already relatively thick and will occupy parts of the top cover as well. It is nice with the little mesh-pocket, but already the charging cable feels to much in there. Trying to include a small charger or a little powerbank for longer trips is impossible.
Other than that - it does what it is supposed to do and it does is well and with style!
The case fits the RG351MP perfectly. There is also a small mesh pocket to put it some accessories, like the Wi-Fi dongle, but it is a bit loose and the items tends to fall out. Other than that, it does what it is supposed to do very well. Great buy if you want to protect your console when storing or transporting it on a bag.
This is an excellent emulation experience. Excellent build quality! Great job!
One negative is that the protective bag does not fit the unit.
